Return Policy

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if there is any problem with your order. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do everything in our ability to help you.

1. Customers have 14 days to check their purchases.
2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must email us at contact@yarninateacup.com to start a return. The customer is responsible for any return costs. Yarn in a Teacup will refund the full amount of the purchase without any questions. 
3. The products must be returned within 14 days under the following conditions:
   1. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;
   2. It must not be damaged;
   3. Yarn must still be in it’s original hank (not caked)
4. After fourteen days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Three Yarn in a Teacup shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.

If there is an issue with your order that was caused by a mistake on our end, we will cover the return costs. This includes sending you the wrong item, or if the yarn was sent to you with severe damage (e.g. more than three knots or felted). All other situations will be determined on a case by case basis. Please email us at contact@yarninateacup.com and include photos of the issue.
